Tracking fields

Tracking fields can be used if you want to be able to show more information from a flow in search and also if you want to be able to search for things in the documents, the way this work is you set up an XPath to the value in the CDM of the document, it could be ex. you have a stock change but you wish to be able to see which warehouse it was sent to, if you have promoted the product ID as Document Number you can do a tracking field on the warehouse field, you’ll be able to search for warehouse when you select the distribution type, but you can also check the field “Show in search preview” and if you do so you can easily get an overview about the information you need.
