X400 Transport Type

These are the configuration options for the X400 transport type:

In short X400 is an alternative message standard to the more predominant SMTP standard for email messaging. The benefit of using X400 is that it offers more capabilities than SMTP does.

Bizbrains has two X400 addresses registered:

Production:
S=DK-Gateway;O=DK-Gateway;A=viaT;C=de;

Test:
S=DK-Gateway-Test;O=DK-Gateway;A=viaT;C=de;

X400 Configuration

Destination x400 Address

Address used to identify the mailbox of the originator or the recipient.

Subject

The subject line of the message. Is set to 'EDI Message' as default.

File extension

The file extension for the file being sent. Is set to 'edi' as default.
