These are the options for the outgoing mail location type:

In short, this transport type uses the SMTP standard to send a mail containing the message(s) to a receiver.

SMTP server

In this section, you can fill out configuration values for the SMTP server IP, port, username and password.

Email

In this section, you can set the from- and to-email addresses on the e-mail as well as the email subject. 

You can also choose if the document should be sent as the email body, an attachment or both.

The "Body" field is used if you wish to set a specific email body text of the email. Use the "Body is HTML" checkbox, if you enter HTML as the email body.
