The monitoring system in Link 3 is designed to monitor various aspects of the integration solution, and to send emails to relevant stakeholders about irregular behavior.

The configuration of the monitoring system consists of a number of monitor items, arranged into a number of monitor groups. The Monitor status page displays a customizable view of the current status of all configured monitor items in real time.

Link 3 comes with a number of monitor plugins out of the box, each designed to monitor one specific aspect of the integration solution. You can read more about these in the Monitor items section.

In case the need arises, custom monitor plugins can also be developed and deployed.

From the main menu, you can reach the monitor overview page by clicking on “Monitor status” and you can create/edit/delete monitor groups or monitor items by clicking the corresponding menu item.
