Support for Time Zones

Problem:
For customers with a global partner network, it is a challenge that alerts, scheduling and other features based on a time schedule, operates in UTC.
Solution:
Trigger based schedules now support time-zones. This affects alerts, monitor schedules, polling, scheduled tasks and reports.
Visualize when init-config have values

Problem:
In typical failure scenarios, it would be helpful to a resolution to see if there are any values set on f.ex polling-location, inbox-service etc.
On the document page within Tracking, a link is now displayed to open the Init-Config in a popup when configuration data is available. If no Init-Config has been configured, the status will display as “Not available.”
