Fixed an issue where cached artifacts could fail during processing because certain shared services were not always resolved correctly. You may have been affected if your artifact uses Extension Objects that inject services, or if it resolves services dynamically via IServiceProvider at execution time. This has been corrected to make cached artifact execution more stable and reliable.
